M46 is very easy to use: you just need to load the dough up to 50 litres inside of the hopper, to regulate the portions weight and that is it.
The portions are rounded more than fifty times before coming out perfectly closed, as if done by hand.

The first dough divider with a dough hopper which can be removed without any tools for a thorough cleaning.
In stainless steel and anodised aluminum, M46 has been designed keeping in mind the daily cleaning. The knife, the cone, the central shaft and the rounder can be disassembled without using any tools in less than two minutes.
